Hello. The European Space Agency, MediaTek, Eutelsat, Airbus, Sharp, ITRI, and Rohde & Schwarz have successfully finished a joint trial of 5G-Advanced Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN) technology over Eutelsat’s OneWeb LEO satellites. The trial opens doors for deployment of 5GA NR NTN standard, and interoperability between satellite and terrestrial broadbands.

Further to that, Rohde & Schwarz launched a new “super wideband” mobile network scanner, complementing its TSMS-OMN8 broadband antenna. Targeted at MNOs, service providers, and government agencies, the solution is designed to evaluate cellular access in different frequency ranges.
