Hello. The AI bubble may or may not be real, but the AI tailwind most certainly is. Keysight ended the year strong with financial results for Q4 and fiscal year 2025 marking the best performance since the slowdown two years ago. That’s in no small part because of AI.
The test and measurement giant posted quarterly revenue of $1.42 billion — up from $1.29 billion in 2024 — along with 14% growth in orders. It’s two segments — CSG and EISG — recorded revenue increases of 11% and 9% respectively, driven by demand for AI, as well as 6G R&D, NTN applications, and defense modernization.
“These results reflect our leadership across the markets we serve and sustained demand for Keysight’s highly differentiated solutions,” CEO, Satish Dhanasekaran, said in a statement, highlighting renewed business momentum.
Meanwhile, in the East, Starlink is facing headwinds. A team of researchers at the Beijing Institute of Technology and Zhejiang University are sim-testing ways to block SpaceX’s Starlink satellite network, as China bears down on Taiwan. The satellite network’s wartime potential as seen in the Russia-Ukraine war, is now viewed by Chinese officials as a strategic threat.
